In Cooking Class you will learn how to make many delicious menus from authentic Indonesian recipes and ingredients. We will cook Indonesian menu it will be absolutely delicious and a lot of fun.We begin with an introduction of our Indonesian local flavours and unique spices used in our class. You will have the hands-on experience crafting some of Indonesian signature dishes. At the end, enjoy your masterpieces at lunch together with your friends. You can choose 1 starter and 1 main menu

Day 1

  • Our tour guide will pick you up at lobby hotel at 10.00 am, greeted by our friendly representative
  • Starter Menu :
    • Lumpia Oma – Fried spring roll filled with vegetable, minced beef & egg
    • Tempe Mendoan – Deep fried fermented bean cake served with chilli-soy sauce
    • Bakwan Jagung – Corn fritters served with sambal
  • Main Menu  :
    • Ikan Dabu dabu – Grilled fish served with steam rice and spicy dabu-dabu sauce traditionaly from North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
    • Ikan Goreng Sambal Andaliman – Fried fish topped with sambal made from Andaliman, a stapple pepper for many North Sumatran dishes. Andaliman is known to contain antioxidant
    • Kuah Asam Gurame – Red snapper sour soup cooked with Belimbing wuluh and basil
    • Bandeng Bakar Sambal Matah – Marinated grilled milk-fish served with steam rice, traditional Balinese sambal and soy sauce
    • Pindang Bandeng – Salted and seasoned milkfish cooked in clear sour soup
    • Ayam Bumbu Kecombrang – Fried chicken cooked with special spice of bunga kecombrang or known as torch ginger flower
    • Soto Betawi – Beef soup, Betawi style, with coconut milk served with emping, pickles, sweet soy sauce and chili dip
