Tanjung Puting National Park is a national park in Indonesia located in the southeast part of West Kotawaringin Regency in the Indonesian province of Central Kalimantan (Central Borneo). Tanjung Puting Trip is one of tourism activities for those adventurers who want to see the original habitat of orangutans. 1

Day 1 :

  • Meeting service at Soekarno-Hatta International  Airport-Jakarta

  • Transfer and check in the hotel, Free time to rest.

Day 2 :

  • In the morning your breakfast time will be prepared to check out from the hotel at 07:00 am, We’ll go to Tanjung Puting by domestic airplane (Airplane ticket NO INCLUDED in the package)

  • The local guide will meet and greet you upon your arrival at Iskandar airport in Pangkalan Bun.

  • Transfer to Kumai and start cruising up the Kumai and Sekonyer River, lunch will served on boat by our own cook, After 2 hour cruising deeper of Sekonyer River, we will stop by the jetty of Tanjung Harapan Camp to see orangutans in their natural habitat. It takes short trekking around 20 minutes to get to the orangutans feeding platform. Feeding time in Tanjung Harapan starts at 3 pm.

  • Walk back to the boat and start cruising up Sekonyer River. Its a good time to watch endemic borneo monkey (Proboscis monkey) and other wild animal a long the river banks. Dinner and Overnight on the boat.

Day 3 :

  • After breakfast, we are cruising up to the Pondok Tanggui Camp. Orangutans feeding time in this Camp starts at 9 AM .

  • From Pondok Tanggui, we are cruising up to the legendary Leakey Camp. It takes around 1.5 hours to get there. Lunch will be served on the boat, From the jetty of Leakey Camp, we’ll walk up to the camp to see the Orangutan Information Center. Then trekking about 20 minute  to see the orangutan feeding at 2 pm. You may enjoy Camp Leakey till 4 pm afterwards we cruising downstream.

  • journey continues towards the Nipah forest area to have dinner together on Houseboat accompanied by the flickering glow of fireflies.

  • We cruise down and go back kumai pier, participants will be escorted by our guide to check in at the Pangkalan Bun hotel

Day 4 :

  • In the early morning will be prepared to check out from the hotel and We’ll go to Belitung by domestic airplane and Transit at Jakarta airport (Airplane ticket Jakarta to Belitung INCLUDED in the package)

  • Arrival at Belitung and transfer to hotel and freetime

Day 5 :

  • Enjoy welcome meals is Belitung noodle + Jeruk Kunci water. One of the specialties is Mie Belitung, a noodle dish with sweet gravy made with spices and shrimp and topped with cucumbers, tofu, potatoes and dried shrimp. Mie Belitung Atep, a local family-run establishment, is very popular amongst the locals

  • We will heading to Tanjung Ru Seaport (Pegantungan) and start the journey to Leebong Island. Leebong Island is located in the southwest of the island of Belitung. Sea breezes and the sound of the waves give calm and the exotic atmosphere typical of the beach. In Leebong Island, we are able to do some activities such as swimming, relaxing and enjoy the scenery around the island from tree house, kayaking, paddling, cycling, and many more until afternoon.

  • Taking some photos in the beauty Pulau Pasir Bintang Laut (Sand Island)

  • Walking around Mangrove Forest and lunch in Leebong Island

  • Back to Tanjung Pandan City, We will visit Tanjung Pandan Beach and enjoy the most popular coffee in Belitung Island since 1943, Kong Djie Coffee. When in Belitung, do not miss this culinary highlight.  Manggar is a small town that is well known for its coffee culture, marked with the 1001 Coffee Shop Monument.

  • Manggar Kopi is aromatic and has a special taste that leaves you asking for more. You will find many side-street local shops with long wooden benches and inviting porches along the way. Simple local foods are also available to try while lounging with a perfect cup of strong scented and finest Manggar coffee.

  • Having a dinner at local restaurant and Check in hotel – take some rest – Free time

Day 6 :

  • We will visit Lengkuas Island. Lengkuas Island has a famous a hundred years” old lighthouse. This is Belitung’s number one popular destination.

  • Batu Berlayar means the Sailing Rock Island. Its name is derived from the shape of the island’s rock formation that resembles a sailing ship. This is  a small island that has some secluded spots with tiny beaches and huge granite structures.

  • Burung is the Indonesian word for Bird. A soaring granite structure in the form of a bird’s head gives the island its name. Still framed in the peaceful nuance of crystal clear ocean water and white sands, this is just another gorgeous photo spot for your memory album.

  • When the tide is low, you can visit Pasir Island, a small sand islet that is swallowed up during the high tide.

  • You’ll get the chance to photograph starfishes, but remember not to pick them up as they are extremely delicate

  • Lunch at Kepayang Island

  • We will visit Tanjung Tinggi Island (Laskar Pelangi Island). Taking some photos and exploring granite stone. Tanjung Tinggi Beach is still relatively quiet compared to other famous tourist destinations, like Kuta Beach in Bali. With the soft sand, calm sea breeze and coconut trees swaying in the wind, you’ll feel all your worries melting away at this idyllic island.

  • Having a dinner at local restaurant and Back to hotel – Free time

Day 7 :

  • Breakfast at hotel, check out

  • The Satam Monument ; This is an iconic monument in the heart of Tanjung Pandan, capital of the district of Belitung.  Satam is derived from the word Hitam,  meaning Black. It’s a kind of black rock that is considered sacred and powerful by the locals but can be bought in many forms of jewellery and other ornamental handicraft.

  • We will visit museum and mini zoo Tanjung Pandan City

  •  And then we will going to Belitung Traditional House (called as rumah panggong)

  • Kaolin Lake ; This is an abandoned kaoline or white clay mine that has been transformed into a hotspot for travellers and photographers. Bright blue water against a white rugged stone cradle is just a photogenic spot in an unexpected site. It is still restricted to enter the water due to safety precautions, but you will surely get a great pic even if you stay dry.

  • to Hanandjoeddin Airport and back to Jakarta

Day 8 :

  • Arrival at Jakarta airport, we will go to Yogyakarta by train

  • Transfer to hotel and free time

Day 9 :

  • Our guide will be pick up from hotel at 11 am

  • The city of Yogyakarta is the cultural center of Java. It represents to the eyes of Javanese the symbol of resistance to colonial era. And to this day, the sultan enjoy great prestige, both political and symbolic, with the local population.   • Borobudur Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a stunning architectural masterpiece

  • Quench your thirst for adventure when you hop on a thrilling off road expedition to Merapi Kaliadem. Prepare yourself and don’t forget to hang on tight as you’re about to go for a wild ride when you hit the rocky trail of Yogyakarta’s treasured site. Enjoy discovering off beaten tracks rarely seen by travelers and get to witness the beauty of Mount Merapi when you explore the foothill of this active stratovolcano.

  • When it comes to shopping in Yogyakarta, nothing will beat its abundant bazaars and thrift shops

  • that are scattered throughout the city. The marketplaces and local workshops are thriving with their own specialty goods that people come for. This private tour will take you to a number of Yogyakarta’s go-to shopping destinations. Kick off the experience with a morning visit to a silversmith workshop and Monggo chocolate factory in Kotagede. Get to know more about the art of batik and haggle for a great price when you visit its factory. Enjoy Indonesian lunch at a local restaurant before carrying on to your next shopping experience at a leather handicrafts market in Kasongan and the bazaars of Malioboro Street.

  • Free time until check out from the hotel and we’ll go to Bali by domestic airplane (Airplane Ticket NO Included in package)

  • Free at own leisure , for shopping or walking in Kuta area and Legian area

Day 15 :

  • Our guide will be pick up from hotel at 9  am

  • We will going the shores of Lake Bratan. We will visit the magnificent temple of Ulun Danu which floats on the peaceful waters of the lake. It is one of the most beautiful Hindu on the island.

  • We will heading to the prestigious temple of Tanah Lot, it is located by the sea. This sanctuary is one of the most venerated in the island, the most photogenic too! We can see the two towers of this temple perched on a green rock in the middle of the ocean; a temple of the sea also linked to Nirartha, priest of the sixteenth century.

Day 16 :

  • Our guide will be pick up from hotel at 10.30 am

  • Melasti beach, Melasti Beach is a beautiful beach located below a high cliff. unspoiled blue sea, make this beach to be one of the best in the region Ungasan. because many tourists who visit here, the beach melasti began repaired road to more easily reach the beach. High cliffs cleaved used as a road with many bends. from top, the road looks beautiful with limestone cliffs.

  • Uluwatu Temple (Pura Luhur Uluwatu) is one of six key temples believed to be Bali’s spiritual pillars, is renowned for its magnificent location, perched on top of a steep cliff approximately 70 metres above sea level. This temple also shares the splendid sunset backdrops as that of Tanah Lot Temple, another important sea temple located in the island’s western shores.

  • The Kecak Dance performance begins on a nearby stage with the setting sun as the background. Accompanied by the chanting of 50 male performers, the dance tells the love story of Rama and Shinta.
